Community college with an aviation program that gets you thru commercial. Get your CFI, II and MEI if you can. Instruct during the day and go to night school(or online these days) to get the bachelors. Instruct until you have enough time for a regional, build your time, upgrade first chance and apply, apply, apply to any/all you want to work for. Most regionals will have a flow/flows in the near future. Oh, and don't get married, unless she is a surgeon or has a sizable trust fund and supportive of your career choice. Your timing is much better than the guys 5-10 years ahead of you. Did I mention to not get married
