From my first flying job to my first 121 was 3 years. You might find a CFI job that will allow you to build time really fast but nothing happens overnight in this industry. I would plan on building 500hrs a year when you finish college if you work hard and that is a safe bet on a realistic time frame to ATP mins. Enjoy the ride, it passes fast.

Community college with an aviation program that gets you thru commercial. Get your CFI, II and MEI if you can. Instruct during the day and go to night school(or online these days) to get the bachelors. Instruct until you have enough time for a regional, build your time, upgrade first chance and apply, apply, apply to any/all you want to work for. Most regionals will have a flow/flows in the near future. Oh, and don't get married, unless she is a surgeon or has a sizable trust fund and supportive of your career choice. Your timing is much better than the guys 5-10 years ahead of you. Did I mention to not get married

So I've looked at FIU which is located around 18 min away from PTC pilot training center in Miami. It cost around 39k to get PPL, instrument rating, commercial and multi engine and its part 141, but one thing is that it doesn't have the cfi course and I need that to build my hours. Is the CFI and Cfi-I the only things I need to build hours quick and easy?
And how do I get those certificates if that flight school doesn't have them.
Is it possible to fit college and flight school at the same time ??? And pay for it ?????
And if I'm dedicated to the flight school will I be able to finish it before I get my college degree??
God bless.

18 minutes away is nice, beats moving across the country. $39k is a decent price for all those (though quoted price doesn't always mean final price), but yes, you'll probably want to get your CFI, CFII (Instrument Instructor), and MEI (Multi-Engine Instructor) as well.
You can always transfer to a different flight school for those; ATP Flight School has locations around the country and can even get you each one of those in the span of 1-2 weeks (though those will be hardcore weeks). Or go to some other local flight school and do it.
Yeah, but paying for it is the harder part. Scholarships help (a big one is like winning the lottery, smaller ones are still absolutely worth pursuing), if your parents can contribute that's terrific, and working at the same time can be a challenge but not impossible. If you want to do schooling while getting your aviation ratings, definitely look into an accredited 141 school where you can earn a Restricted ATP at 1000 hours instead of just a normal ATP at 1500 hours. Generally these are the university flight schools. It just saves you 500 hours of instructing, or 6-12 months.
Driven students can get everything done in 2.5 years, more will finish them around the same time (~4 years).
Respect.
