It all depends on what you are looking for and the lifestyle you want. If you want to fly the same routes/airports for years and avoid dealing with pax by closing the doors behind you, then SWA or other majors are your thing. If you like variety and going to new places every day, are not afraid to go the extra mile for the pax, and not below doing a bit of cleaning then the fracs may be more your liking.
There are so many diferences and it all depends on your preference. Sure SWA is still the big dream for a lot of people, but their glory days are numbered. It's a scary industry. If you are looking for job security, in my humble oppinion, I would look at the cargo and fracs. more specifically, CS and NetJets. Flt Options' days are also numbered.
