And I know that seems crazy because it will mean giving up a lot of market share to other airlines, but it's the only explanation that makes any sense. They aren't likely going to throw more money at the WOs until there is a literal bleeding of pilots (ala Endeavor) and by then it will be way way too late. There is a reason market analysts have been scratching their heads at what is going on with AAG... It doesn't make sense. And if it doesn't make sense, it doesn't make dollars.
