Industry leading healthcare, no one is disputing that. Retirement, ok tied for first then??? Pay, definitely not lowering the bar (and FX's lowball TA hurt us, don't forget that). Rest of the contract, maybe in a runner up position but there's many who can't even see the podium.
There's a big difference in the contracts SWA and delta voted down as compared to ours. Might want to investigate that and come to terms with, 'we got what we asked for.'
