Thanks Packrat for talking to me about Omni and answering some questions. Well...its been a month and a half since my phone interview and I assume it didn't go well. I answered them truthfully and tried my best to give good, but not canned answers.

I'd like to share my experience.

I remember applying and receiving an email and phone call about 3-4 days later. Told them I was interested in the job and asked if I wanted to set up a phone interview. Unfortunately I had to schedule it 2 weeks later due to my work schedule. Did the phone interview and here are some of the questions:

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
One word that best describes you?
Describe one person you don't like flying with?
Describe one person you do like flying with?
What would your chief pilot say is one thing bad about you or negative?...i said not transitioning to the other type in our fleet.
We took a ballot: what percentage of people in ___insert company__ would like you...what would the 10% (my answer of hate percentage) say about why they don't like about you?
What do you like about ___your company____?
If you took possession of ___your company___ tmr, what would you do to change it?
What do you like about ___your company____?
Why do you want to leave/dislike?

Blah blah blah...sounds interesting, tell me about it. (Past employer)

3 Questions for us.

It was a lot of fun and a good experience. HR was warm and welcoming over the phone, so I felt rather relaxed. Never received any sort of letter or email saying that TBNT, but after this long...I think their minds are made up.

Applied with about 2900TT, 700TPIC, 1 jet PIC type/1 SIC type, all 91/135 experience, training captain/sim instructor experience, international and ocean crossing experience.
