Yeah, not true. I just took a look at the LAS bid pack and the seniority list...the 2 junior F/Os were hired in April/May 2014.
Put it on your dream sheet, but don't expect to hold LAS until someone dies, retires or upgrades. If you get assigned the 777 (since no one gets to choose!) you can forget about it entirely. The only way you can switch jets is by upgrading or getting displaced.
