Default Flying into day off and max actual mo. flt tm

Two questions.

1. What is actual time that is considered for a line holder as flying into day off. I see one reference in the UPA states operationally you can fly up to 0400 with no add pay or adjustment but I thought it was suppose to be 12:30 or 01:30. What is the actually time for restoration and/or add pay in lieu of?

2. Also i'm seeing my actual monthly flight time in my calendar as 99:03. I thought we were limited to 95 hours by buffer when trading or picking up? I traded and it allowed me to go to 98.5 hours and now it's up to 99:03 due to delays. What happens when it goes over 100 hours? Does a trip of mine get dropped and pay protected?
Now i did check in CCS-Flight Planning- Crew Legality and the highest 100/672 time was 92:50. Don't understand when trading or looking at our pay records/calendars, how to ascertain our 100 hour actual or 95 hour buffer.
