Default Flying into day off and max actual mo. flt tm

Two questions.

1. What is actual time that is considered for a line holder as flying into day off. I see one reference in the UPA states operationally you can fly up to 0400 with no add pay or adjustment but I thought it was suppose to be 12:30 or 01:30. What is the actually time for restoration and/or add pay in lieu of?

2. Also i'm seeing my actual monthly flight time in my calendar as 99:03. I thought we were limited to 95 hours by buffer when trading or picking up? I traded and it allowed me to go to 98.5 hours and now it's up to 99:03 due to delays. What happens when it goes over 100 hours? Does a trip of mine get dropped and pay protected?
Now i did check in CCS-Flight Planning- Crew Legality and the highest 100/672 time was 92:50. Don't understand when trading or looking at our pay records/calendars, how to ascertain our 100 hour actual or 95 hour buffer.

Not sure about number 1

As far as number 2 the 100/672 is a 28 day rolling period not a monthly. So it's possible to show over 100 hours hard time for the month and still be legal. As long as you are under 100 looking back 672 hours (28 days). Also the buffer is 95 in theory you shouldn't have been given that trade. Not sure why that happened. The company can assign you right up to the legal limit. Buffets are for PBS and trip trade

I was hungry when I was typing. 😜

Agree with the above the other board as has many contract experts that will answer questions better then I. My explanation above comes from actual experience. Conversation went like this. Me "why didn't I get any of those trips a put in for". Them "illegal". Phone rings 3 hours later "calling to assign you a trip (basically the exact trip but finished 6 hours later). Me "how am I legal now?" Them,"We can assign you to the FAR but you can't trade above the buffers". Me "😡"

Might be stating the obvious, but make sure your looking at flight time not pay credit, the buffer applies only to flight time, pay credit DH soft time etc has no limit. Last guy I flew with was confused about this, thought you couldn't get paid for more then 90 some hours.

That would be a credit cap. This was before my time, but I think L-UAL used to have a credit cap of 80 hours. Any hours over the cap went into a credit bank. I think you could drop trips to diminish the bank.
