It's based on company seniority, but it may not be at a base that interests you. If they continue to grow, there will be more opportunities as well for the pilots. The management treats you with respect and you fly the PC-12. The PC-12 is also a nice transitional aircraft to larger equipment.
The schedules, bases and aircraft are attractive. I'm an older, possibly career changing guy who has spent a lot of years not doing something I think I would really enjoy. I could see settling into a good fit flying gig and staying there. I'm not incredibly interested in the path to the majors and my age and experience would probably not allow that anyway. From those who might know, does a nearly 48 year old "fit" what Boutique might look at, given some recency and desire to make a change? Someone looking to stick around and make the most of the remaining time I have available to me? In many ways, a horrible time to make a change like this, but maybe a sweeping left turn into something awesome. Thoughts?
