I highly doubt it. There are two many guys on property at all 3 of the big Legacy carriers who have lived through the morass that is the regionals for guys ever to give that scope up again.

I see no reason why any union would give up scope right now. We all know the more flying that s brought in house the more pilots are protected and job security.
