Guys, it is bad and not getting any better at Mesa. I hope we still have an airline in 6 months. I am now beginning to worry that there will be a "downgrade" due to junior attrition.

I'm sure the FAA is going to have a "COW" when they find out guys are not going through recurrent. The fire is getting hotter for JO. His Castle (Sand Castle) is washing away.
I am truly sorry for the guys who have put in the time at MESA only to possibly lose what they have worked years to achieve. However, I can truly say that your services can and will be better compensated, and your QOL will be greatly improved with ANY kind of move. Believe me, others are ready and waiting to welcome you.
It just pains me to see ORD MESA pilots sit on the tarmac for days on end, knowing they are only going to get paid for :32 for a flight from ORD to ATW though they are sitting with doors closed for hours!!!
