AWAC will fly a revenue flight 12 hours delayed with zero passengers just to get the completion factor. Meanwhile, junior man other crews to make up what the first crew wasn't available to do. They only cancel when there is literally no other option, even though it probably makes sense to take a cancellation here or there. If they cancel more than 2 flights "the operation is really struggling today."
