First of all, PSA sucks and I wish our CF was about 50%. Then things would change. They would fix the abysmal ground handling in CLT and improve pay and quality of life issues. With that said, our CF is really good. That is why the company is not doing anything to fix pay.
We get emails weekly with completion factor and D:0 and it is posted on the company website and updated daily. We also get bonuses for each month that we hit our goal.
In any airline, having a completion factor above 99% is hard to achieve. Airplanes break, crews call in sick at the out station, things happen. Even if AWAC is 99.9% CF, that is not really statistically relevant. What is AWACs CF for the trailing 12 months?
