I'm not sure why that's happening with you. Pretty much everybody I've seen knows how it's supposed to work - the protocol and manners associated with JS travel. I can only speak of the people I've interacted with for 25 years, and almost all are class acts all the way and know the rules. Sorry you've met our bad apples, apparently.
