PSA regularly uses 1300-1500 lbs as reserve fuel in the 200. On flights with no tanker fuel or an alternate there is supposed to be a ~600 pad added on top of that, but you can eat through that quickly if you're not paying attention or with ATC wrenches thrown in thus a certain percentage of our flights land around the 1500 lb mark or a little above.
