Choose an airline based on what is important for you. If base is important, along with a good quality of life, then choose based on that.

Just be sure to make an educated decision based on real information, not just what the recruiters tell you.
You have to take into consideration the letter T pilots. Even thou AA wasn't hiring they sent avg of 10-13 guys for those months. Same way to PSA and PDT, none of the WO should have flow in the past months. These guys should be grateful they got to go when they shouldn't.

Once they start hiring it will go up to 50% for the month or 30 whichever is lower. If they hire 70, they should flow 35, but they can metered down to 30. At the end of the year the envoy flow has to be 50% of all the AA hiring for that year.

That will continue until the 824 are done. Then is 25 or 50% (whichever is Lower) once the 40th 175 arrives which will be by March. It's about the same time the 824 is done.

So saying is envoy flow has "fallen apart", is not correct. I would say that 6yrs to flow is kind of accurate, considering 3/4 of the list should be gone late 2019. Then the flow rate will be comparable wth PSA and PDT
