This is why airline contracts drag out 4 years past the amendable date. Some pilots have no self worth when they manage 1.5 billion in liabilities per flight. Some pilots sleep in the crew room and some will fly all day without food. Some think it's ok to fly 400 hours more a year than their peers for the same money.
Bingo, and it's sickening to witness this lack of self-worth and respect for the profession.
