I was a regional FO and hired at EAS as a street captain, so it does happen.
jellies described the schedule perfectly. There is no "typical" day in fractional flying, at least not at this company. It also very much depends what aircraft you end up on, as different aircraft usually end up doing different types of missions. The CJs and 300s do a lot of longer/farther trips, so once you're out on rotation, you're usually OUT. On the 100, you will fly a lot, but there are more day trips that end up back at base, so you can luck into getting to sleep in your own bed more often. Pros and cons to both - I wouldn't say one is better than the other, just different.
