I know a handful of people and friends who came to interview here with the "fog a mirror" attitude and got the no thanks letter. They are not hiring everyone who walks through the door, and they are not hiring someone that does not have 50 multi.. At the same time they are letting people go if they can't make it in the sim. So my best advice is don't plan on walking in here thinking you will get the job/type rating handed to you because that is not the case.
