I saw the ad on craigslist and the whole process took about a month. Mostly because they didn't understand how pilots are paid. At first they said no way because I make 19.25 an hour. I then had to explain that I only get paid for 80 hours a month. Then they notice I get paid 75 for reserve and add the two saying I still make too much. So I have to explain i only get paid for 80 or 75 not both. It went on and on, I had to write so many damn statements it was annoying. It worked out though and I'm pleased with the place. Its not an entire building set aside for low income, its a normal place with a few units designated as low income.
