Single and family. I'm on wife's bc it's free but we did XO interim for me, wife, and son and was very reasonable. I think 230/month for the 3 of us.

What's the timeframe from application to hired? Is training immediate or is it backed up?

Mine was 3 months. 3 interviews. 1 phone screen. 1 tech via Skype/FaceTime. 1 in person consisting of 4-5 mini interviews with 2-3 people.
