The company has the 20th of the next month till the 5th of the following month to pay the bonuses. (So for the May-July term, they have August 20-September 5 to pay it out...so on so on).

You have to of been on the seniority list May 1 to get the bonuses and if you aren't on property when the bonus gets paid out, you don't get it...aka if you want to leave, do it the day after the bonus gets paid out.
