Your stats may be the average, but I stand by my statement that 40 - 50 year olds are getting hired. Personal friends JS and TH are over 50 and late 40's and were hired at FedEx this year. BB and JT were hired by American and United. Again both mid to late 40's. All have over 10k hours.

Lots of older guys in the interview preps I've done. One guy was 60 and had an interview with United.......
