If you truly want to improve this place then step up and volunteer. Because the previous poster is right. It doesn't matter what name you put on the side of the union it's going to be the same people. I've been in this long enough to watch the very low turnouts when it comes time to elect LEC members; or vote; or just attend a meeting. Our pilot group likes to complain, but when asked if they want to help out or be active or (god forbid) give up a day off to make a difference. The resounding answer is NO
It's no different than any other organization. It's the same ones who volunteer to hopefully improve things and it's the same ones who complain but don't lift a finger...
