My thoughts exactly. Instead of better money, Mesa usually has the quicker upgrade (which pays better money). Mesa gets more airplanes, and then the new people come in for the growth. I'm sure they'll try that again, but I'm curious if it'll work this time...where will the pilots come from? And if a better contract isn't enough, what tricks will they find?
