In regards to the XJT EMB-145 DFW flying...

"Fellow Pilots,

The Company announced this morning the repatriation of some flying lost a few years ago to ExpressJet Airlines. Both our aircraft, and our routes, will begin returning home next February through June. The announcement today is largely due to the extraordinary job our pilots have done over the past year as we have played a vital role in making our carrier an industry-leading performer. AAG has noticed. 14 aircraft mean (roughly) 70 more First Officer positions and 70 more Captain positions. This also means that all of AAG’s E140/E145 flying in DFW will be handled by Envoy, which should lead to improved schedules."

No idea what's going on with the XJT CRJ DFW flying. It was set to expire in 2017, but there's talks of them renewing it or adding bigger aircraft. So, who knows.

No idea what's going on with Mesa and DFW.

All 40 -175s are slated to come to DFW now. Maybe they'll be flying through MIA a lot or maybe a new -175 base will open soon.

That's DFW in a nutshell for you. If you're trying to steer clear of the regionals, Ameriflight and martinair operate out of DFW, and empire operates out of AFW. Or try out spirit if you have the time. Good luck!
