Dude, to hard to say. You can actually upgrade out of seniority here based on your flight times bc of ARGUS/WYVERN minimums we adhere to.. However once you upgrade you would go ahead for schedule and vaca bidding ahead of the person who upgraded out of seniority order based on flight times.

Stepping stone, but it's a solid rock compared to where I was.

Doesn't xo do 8/6? Talked to a guy and he said it is always first flight out of base (5 or 6 am) and last flight home on day 8.

That's how it's been. It's has improved and the CP and head of scheduling are behind us and trying to improve.

Vacation: agreed. Pathetic. Can trip trade but you gotta be ready to work 2 weeks on for those two weeks off you want. I've not yet been denied like my many times at my last place.

I agree most regionals are horrible and certainly not career places.

Well of course, but mine was dying I believe and upgrades didn't exist.
