Also, doesn't anyone else see a problem with the fact that the average period of economic expansion (as in "NOT recession") is seven years before a correction/downturn, and we're just about at the end of that? So, American and Delta and United will all be scheduled to take BIG ORDER deliveries right about the time the economy hits the poopfan?
Go where it makes the most sense to you, but be prepared and save some money in case you don't get to upgrade in 2 years and get your shiny legacy wings in 3. Just sayin'.
The 50 seaters will be gone for sure. United is already flying 737 in place of former RJ routes now.
And if there is a downturn then that would be even worse for 50 seaters.
