What? Who had pay rates that high 4 years ago? Who got contract improvements that large 4 years ago? Remember 4 years ago most airlines were just scraping by with some losing money.
Trust me there is nothing I would like more but that is just stupid to think that 15% back pay four years ago wouldn't do anything but get laughed out of the negotiating room let alone that is something we never even asked for because it is so ridiculous.
