The only change I'm aware of is moving to a daily guarantee from monthly guarantee. No more sitting for free. 6 TFP/reserve day minimum.
-if assigned you are assured full rigs. Trips pay just like they do for line holders
-Limited trip ownership - if you select "own" the night before by 8pm it can't be taken by another pilot
-RCO with true pass/fly preferences.
-Codifies when the company may flip your RAP without your consent
-Upon return on last day released 7 hours after report time (if not reassigned)
-can get released from deadhead back to domicile on last day in certain circumstances.
