Look man, I've seen you try to slam G7 and compare it to Mesa in many threads. Then just now you say all you really know about G7 is from what others tell you... If you want to compare contracts, then let's compare contracts. We can go line by line if ya want. As far as training, I personally feel we have an excellent training staff. Just like most other regionals, our training is through Flight Safety. In the last three classes, just over 40 people passed and 3 washed out. As fas as those that were complaining about the new hire bonus; the bonus was taken out when the new contract was ratified. Within the past few weeks the company reinstated it. If a recruiter told you that you would receive the bonus, then they messed up, but that wouldn't be the first time a recruiter messed at any regional...

Overall, GoJet has treated me as well as I could expect. I'm not painting it as the best place, nor am I saying it's the worst. Come in, get your upgrade, keep your nose clean and get out. In the last 5 months, 4 to FedEx, 3 to United, a couple to Spirit, Frontier and Jet Blue and a 1, maybe 2 to Delta ( could've been told about the one person twice.). Since February, I've moved up over 120 spots on a 580 pilot roster. I'm a line holding, direct entry captain. Last mo was all but 1 commutable line with 16 days off, 77hrs credit.. I'm thinking this is a fine place to hang my hat for now...
