There's your problem, at 1600 they want guys who are confident and want to be captains. FO's are meant to grow into captains once they get their minimums. Why wouldn't you want to be PIC?
I figured it would be like any other flying job where you need to be a FO first and than a captain. With that being said I would be interested in anything you have to offer me.... what would be my next step?
