I don't see the company "pulling any tricks out their sleeves" to make PDT happen. If the EAS funding isn't there, it's not happening.

Edit - Sounds like there might be an agreement between SeaPort and Boutique. Nothing confirmed though. This is all just flight line rumors. I'm not a legitimate source of rumors/ news haha
