United and Delta always worked well for me.
The AA travel benefits has nothing to do with which system they use. It sucks worse than ever now because they oversell the hell out of every flight. They announced in June that employees would start being able to receive first class free of charge, and everyone was beyond excited. But they also began upgrading every passenger on board, so now you never see first class unless the plane is empty. I could get first class ten times easier when I had to pay for it. AA doesn't care a single bit about their employees, and it shows big time in the travel benefits. Whether it's the Wings page or NRTP, it's still sh1t now.
