I am sure you can tweak the variables to come up with almost any number you want but fact is DAL has contacts that prevent quickly insourcing all Scope.

The contracts in place are going to expire. Stop throwing gas on the fire first. You can't get there by continually allowing more regional flying. Yes, it will smolder and burn for awhile but quit fueling the fire. We need water to douse this not JP4.
