The problem we face is the NMB views our industry as AMR, UAL and DAL. The other airlines, while employing pilots simply don't count.
What does count is the market for pilots is changing and sooner or later the company will be unable to hire the pilots they want simply because they are being hired by other "non-industry" airlines who posses market competitive contracts.
