I am really hoping that there aren't enough people to get enough money together to do that.
I would think the fact that there are 3 arbitrators this time probably would increase the chances of any challenge being thrown out.
It looks to me like this SLI is about as fair as one could ever have expected. Sure-no one got everything they wanted, no one ever does-but it seems pretty fair.
