I waited a long time at AA for my turn to be a CA. I am enjoying it very much even though i'm not in love with the 737.
Throughout the years I've called and emailed people (pilots) but the AA pilots are not engaged.
I emailed and phoned 2 people on the AASLISIC. I wrote a letter to Richard Bloch.
I did something. It didn't help. I will still try to make this profession better.

Hope more are thinking this way.
My way of thinking is similar to his. I ended up at essentially the exact same percentile as on the old LAA list. Overall, I'm good with that.
