When I retired from the National Guard, a friend helped find a $250,000, 20 year, term policy from First Penn Pacific Life Insurance Company. They did ask questions and were of the nature of how often did I train, was Comair Part 121 or 135 and what certificates I held. My policy is $400 annually.

BTW, First Penn Pacific is now part of the Lincoln Financial Group.
