If this pay and benefits package rivals Endeavor I would have to think Delta will have to increase the retention payments again to attract new hires. If Envoy offers a realistic flow and industry leading pay/bonuses it will be hard for new hires to pass up. Couple that with most of our flying being based in NYC and it's a tough sell but in the end money talks.
I think your of the right mindset especially with all our flying being in NYC
