I know some want to find the negative in anything but this really is a win-win. AAG needs to attract more pilots to their regionals, and they're paying for it. New pilots get enticed with higher pay and current pilots get more money than they signed up for without loosing anything.
Yes AAG is making record profits, yes they can afford to pay us more, and yes we deserve more. But this is money for nothing! Cmon, if only the chicks were free...

First Quarter Profit: 1.2 Billion, and you want to jump up and down about maybe a $ 4K - 5K increase. You clearly don't get it man, part of the problem. I'm tired of trying to teach these kids, any sensible logic. Enjoy as the new hire FO walks by you making an extra $ 10K a year. Hopefully your still jumping at that point, maybe he throws you a bone..
