If an upgrade is looking 2.5-3 years away and I'm pay capped it sort of forces my hand in going #1- LCC or #2- DEC Captain elsewhere. I would expect to see the FO attrition to pickup come Feb/March. The only thing that might get these Fo's to reconsider would be an increase in flow #'s. At least 8-9 a month would be something. Clearly AA values Envoy more as you see up to 40 month flow for those guys. Its almost looking like a jump to Envoy as a PSA 2nd year FO wouldn't be so much of a lateral move at all.
