Stop being petty. Many 2nd & 3rd yr folks @ PSA already screwed over an ENTIRE PILOT GROUP (facts) for bigger shinny jet.

Just to help you understand better, the 2nd and 3rd year guys either weren't here, or weren't eligible to vote back then, so they had nothing to do with new jets. On top of that, all the yes voters are pretty much gone now.
Second, there's no issue with guys making that much their first year. The issue is a 2 year pay cap, with new hires making more than 2+ year FOs. You shouldn't go backwards in pay for being with a company longer.
