Most pilots at XOJET don't overeat. This works out really well, because we eat better quality foods that perform can't cover while on the road. Not eating fast food everyday. We eat Whole Foods, steaks, seafood, etc. Healthier, well nourished pilots helps to keep healthcare costs down.
