I did an initial screening phone interview today. The questions were as expected (why do you want to work here, where did you hear about us, aviation qualifications, how did you handle a coworker conflict, provide an example of excellent customer service, etc).

On a more useful note, she said they are pretty well set for Denver. She said they're having trouble getting folks based at MSP, so that seems to be their focus presently.

The next step will be a phone interview of a more technical nature in a week or two if they feel I'd be a good fit based on my answers.
