With how the majors retirements are going to start picking up in the next 5-10 years and United wanting to expand their pilot numbers to over 14,000. You never know what is going happen. Will they take a pilot with no multi time? Probably not, but I wouldn't be surprised if we start seeing guys getting picked up with 4-500 hours multi turbine time.
