Ours specifically states that they will not be accepted; "Referrals must be generated through personal contact with a potential applicant. Contacts made through mass emailing or internet/telephone solicitation will not be accepted."

Personally, I enjoy my job and the career path I'm on so I'm not going to do something stupid like that.
