Hello all, a few questions. Looks like new hire training consists of around 6 weeks in Dayton and 2 weeks of SIMs in CLT. Are weekends off during training? Which hotel do new hires stay at in Dayton? You're not guaranteed to have weekends off in the sim. Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, and New Years day are the only guaranteed days off because the training center is closed. Sims are usually lessons 1-4 consecutively, one or two days off, lessons 5-8 consecutively, one or two days off, check ride, qualification loft. Sim 9 and 10 are available if needing extra training, but are guaranteed if you need them. 11 and 12 are a case by case basis. It is extremely rare to go more than 12 sim sessions before a check ride.
