Sure, okay buddy
The contract had marked improvements in some areas and concessions in others from my understanding. I didn't fly under it, but that is what I'm told by those who did. The SAP and the critical pay were huge improvements. With the critical pay, PSA line holders were crediting upwards of 150 credit hours /month, making us the highest paid regional at the time. The company decided it did not see that one coming and has since violated our contract for quite some time now (we are presently waiting to hear from the arbitrator on the issue). And the SAP is by far the largest QOL enhancer I've ever seen. I absolutely love it and I wouldn't trade it for even a $20 /hour raise. PSA voted to save their jobs, and the airplanes were attached to that vote. At the time, they were a tiny, insignificant airline. They could of easily been wound down and their flying doled out. After the merger when Eagle began dealing with Parker, we warned you that he didn't fool around and he meant what he said. And look what you went through and are continuing to go through. Worst schedules of any AAG carrier. Longest reserve. I guess it was PSA's fault you decided to become a pilot and swallow the pill that is this industry whole? We aren't the first, the last, or the worst. And neither are you. Right now we're all seeing marked improvements over the rest of the industry. The best improvements most of us have ever seen at a regional airline. And yet, here some of you are, continuing to beat the dead horse. Well, enjoy it.
